The more you ejaculate, the less likely you will get prostate cancer? True or false?
You may have read about it : frequent ejaculations can prevent prostate cancer in men. Indeed, according to a 2016 study by Harvard Medical School, it was found that “found that men who ejaculated 21 times a month had a 20% reduced risk of developing prostate cancer compared with men who orgasmed four to seven times a month.”
However, don’t be too happy because the proof is not concrete. Although there is a direct correlation between the frequency of ejaculation vs the chances of getting prostate cancer, it could be because men who ejaculate more frequently actually had a better, heathier lifestyle to begin with.
Still, it is possible that ejaculations may clear out toxins stuck in stale semen in the testis. Worthwhile to ponder on this one…
