What Is This Blog All About?

In a nutshell, this is the place for senior (and not so senior) guys to  discover remedies, advice and tips on staying young and virile as we age.

Aging is part and parcel of life.  So far, throughout history, no one had ever escaped the ravages of aging on this planet.  But we should not be sitting ducks, we can do something about it.

As we age, we become less virile, lose muscle mass, hair, bone mass, put on unwanted weight, experience loss of libido,  etc as our body starts to wind down.  You will find that your sex drive gets a hit, your erections are not as hard and rigid as before and your sexual performance is a tad below par.

That’s not your fault. In fact, you can say it is nature’s fault. But hey, blame is useless.

The crucial thing is : YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, RIGHT NOW!
